I you are familiar with the situation when you are sitting in you room alone and thinking “I’m so bored, I have nothing to do.”. So I have some ideas for you. I though about this for some time and realised, that you need to stick with the old-school! You aren’t bored about the life, you are bored because you have too much choices! Internet (billions of choices), TV, radio ETC! But I suggest you to remember that you can be no only a listener or watcher, you can be performer! Like to play football on PC? Do it on field. Like to watch beauty contests – do some fitness! Like music – play PLAY! Don’t watch movies, but read books insted. Expand your line of view! Belive me, no one like the usual pc guy/girl playing Sims. Move and Grove!

Frequency Wednesday, Jan 6 2010 

People are lazy, and if you think you are not, congratulations but in 97% cases you are wrong about yourself. Sporting is easy and enjoyable, but if we are talking about sporting activity that gives some kind of result f0r us is not that easy and often even not enjoyable at all. If you have done just 3 workout sesions, are excited that I can tell you that this won’t last forever. You will find the lazy part of yourself quite fast. You will find something ”better” to do at your workout time etc. but you must overcome this! When you will get the rythm these times will occur less to none! But to get serious results (in anything in fact) you must work seriously! Think of it as if it was your work with angry boss, you wouldn’t skip a day just to chill at home, right? And if you did you would feel the wrath of your boss! So don’t skip anything and the results will come, you will notice them less than others – on the street, colleagues, family – everyone will be happy for you. Spread happiness!

Prevent Injuries! Sunday, Jan 3 2010 

Prevent injuries at all cost, just like the title says. Injury isn’t something you have, heal, forget. If you injure something – you get weaker, you progress slower or even regress! I write this article besauce my knee is starting to hurt againg, but I have no money for the surgery… I have torn my ACL playing lacrosse, and this is serious injurie if you play lacrosse.. or football, or soccer or anything! If you are new to any sport – warm up properly, don’t overdo yourself. Push your body to limits, but not too much. Kepp good form always.  And I have one advice to everyone, even world class athletes – DO NOT play any sporting game with amateurs! They can and WILL injure you, almost like if they wanted to…

Happy NY, and New Thoughts of Diet Friday, Jan 1 2010 

The NY has come and no one has hangover – that’s a good start of the year. Since I have met my weight needs I’m thinking about a diet plan for maintaining muscle and losing fat. Many of you think that this is impossible, if you eat less carbs and fat but high protein you will surely lose muscle mass – I say ”STFU! YOU’RE WRONG!”. Have you ever heard of ketogenic diet? The diet all the inuits on north are on? No? then listen, I will write some articles about this diet in advance, but now just brief overview. Ketogenic diet is low carb, HIGH fat and high protein diet. You heard me right, high fat. What is fat? Energy! Fat is better source of energy than carbs. But for this diet to work you must STRICTLY limit your carb intake to about 20g a day. Or you will gain some serious “sexy” fat mass. Workout Routine Wednesday, Dec 30 2009 

Changing your workout routines time over time is really a must. I changed my routine few days ago because I felt that the “normal” routines have stuck. Now I have routine where I have only two exercises for muscle group – base and isolatin. Base is like 10 sets, and isolation is just a muscle killer. But this post is not about that. There are some signs when you should switch your workout routine to shake your muscles a bit. So if you are stuck with your progres – don’t buy expensive supplements or even steroids, just change the workout routine and it will help you. You may need to change routine if you don’t have DOMS (Delayed Muscles Onset Soreness) in the next day, this means that your muscles have addapted to the stress in gym. One more sign to change your routine would be – you don’t like it/the exercises in it, this is the most important thing! You go to gym and have fun! So keep in mind these few things and you will surely succeed!
